Dear BitMax.io Users,

 

BitMax.io has implemented "Signup/Login with Phone Number" function. New users can sign up for an account with their phone numbers and then log in with the numbers directly; for existing users, they can bind their phone numbers via [Account] - [Account Security] - [Phone Number] and then log in with the numbers directly.

 

For mainland China users who 1) sign up with phone number; or 2) sign up with email address AND bind a phone number to the account, SMS notification and verification will be turned on by default. Users can update the preference later via [Account] - [Other Settings] - [Verification Setting]/[Notification Setting] on website; or via [Me] on APP/H5.

 

For non-mainland China users who 1) sign up with email address; or 2) sign up with phone number AND bind an email address to the account, email notification and verification will be turned on by default. Users can update the preference later via [Account] - [Other Settings] - [Verification Setting]/[Notification Setting] on website, or via [Me] on APP/H5.
