Dear user:

In order to support the BEP20 contract address change of the XCAD Network (XCAD), AscendEX will:

1. At 2 PM UTC on March 23, 2023, suspend XCAD’s BEP20 deposit and withdrawal services. During this period, ERC20-XCAD deposit/withdrawal and trading services will not be affected.
2. Before 2 PM UTC on March 24, 2023, all old BEP20-XCAD tokens held by AscendEX users will be exchanged into new BEP20-XCAD tokens at a ratio of 1:1;
3. XCAD’s BEP20 deposit and withdrawal services will be opened after the exchange.
