AscendEX has resumed the withdrawal service for ERC20 ARTH. If users want to swap ERC20 ARTH to the new ARTH token, please take the following steps:

Step 1: Withdraw your ARTH token balance from AscendEX to your MetaMask wallet. MahaDAO team shall acknowledge withdrawals from Etherscan.

Step 2: Raise a ticket at support.mahadao.com sharing your AscendEX transaction hash and MetaMask wallet to verify your asset ownership.

Step 3: After verification, your ARTH balances shall be added to the Debt pool manually. MahaDAO will provide further support on swapping out ERC20 ARTH.
