Update on Regular Unbonding Period & Instant Unbonding Fee of Harmony (ONE) Staking Service

Dear BitMax.io Users,

According to a recent mainnet upgrade proposal made by Harmony (ONE) project , the on-chain undelegation period of Harmony (ONE) Staking will be shortened from 7 Epochs to 0 Epoch.

In support of this upgrade, the following changes will be made to further enhance the staking experience for BitMax.io users participating in Harmony (ONE) Staking. This will take effect on May 28th, 10:00 a.m. EDT, 2020:

- Regular unbonding requirement of 10 days is removed, and users can claim tokens right away after undelegation.

- Instant Unbonding Function thus no longer applies.

For users who requested Regular Undelegation before May 28th, 10:00 a.m. EDT, 2020 and the staked assets are still in the "Undelegation" process, they will be able to fully redeem the staked assets by May 28th, 8:00 p.m. EDT, 2020.
