BitMax.io will make the following updates on July 12th, 9:30 p.m. EDT: 

 

**Rename BCHSV to BSV**

 

The platform will rename the ticker of BCHSV to BSV. Trading symbols BCHSV/USDT and BCHSV/BTC will be updated to BSV/USDT and BSV/BTC accordingly. When changes are effective, please use the BSV, BSV/USDT, BSV/BTC to process all RESTful responses and WebSocket messages. 

 

You will be able to temporarily place orders under the former symbol (BCHSV/USDT or BCHSV/BTC) up to 7 days after the change. However, from July 20th, 10:00 a.m. EDT and going forward, order placement under BCHSV/USDT or BCHSV/BTC will NO LONGER be supported. 

 

For enhanced trading experience, it is highly recommended that you update the supporting codes for this as soon as possible.

 

**BTC Perpetual Contract Display Name Update**

 

From July 12th, 9:30 p.m. EDT onward, the platform will change the display name of its BTC perpetual futures contract to BTCUSDT on the website and Andriod/iOS Apps. The trading symbol will remain to be BTC-PERP.

 

The change should have minimum impact on the API users. API users should still use BTC-PERP to query position data, place order, etc. Please refer to our API doc for technial details (https://bitmax-exchange.github.io/bitmax-futures-api-doc/#list-futures-contracts).
